Marking Distance is a New York label founded by Luka Sabbat and designer James Pierce, growing out of Sabbat's photography and art archive into ready-to-wear and couture. Its distressed denim, leather and reworked garments draw on crust punk, artisanal avant-garde design and kink culture.
