We want you to be confident buying from Another Shop. If an item isn't right for you, here's how returns work.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at Kevinkeesen@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to let us know you wish to return your item.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original tags and Another Shop security tags still attached. Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind consignment and vintage pieces, we're unable to accept items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage that occurred after delivery.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back with us — we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Exceptions

Final sale items, marked as such at checkout, are not eligible for return. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
